To enhance the ongoing software maintenance of large Caspio applications by cataloging all Datapages, monitoring their usage, and optimizing system performance.

Many Caspio applications contain hundreds of Datapages. The Datapage Catalog and Usage App provides a comprehensive toolset to manage, analyze, and maintain this growing portfolio. Over time, larger Caspio applications often accumulate unused, redundant, or outdated Datapages that clutter the environment and make maintenance more difficult. The Catalog simplifies system administration by identifying these inefficiencies and highlighting opportunities for optimization.

Key Capabilities

The Datapage Catalog and Usage App automatically scans the Caspio Bridge environment and compiles a detailed, searchable index of all Datapages. It provides developers and administrators with actionable insights into Datapage usage patterns, age, and ownership.

The Catalog Includes:

• Comprehensive Index: A complete list of Datapages organized by Application and App Key.
• Metadata Tracking: Displays the Created Date, Last Updated Date, and Developer for each Datapage.
• Usage Analytics: Records the Last Used Date, user-specific access history, and flags Datapages that have never been used.
• Cost Insights: Tracks usage costs by user and Cost Center to assist with budgeting and resource management.
• Interactive Access: Allows users to click any Datapage entry to view full details in a popup panel for rapid identification.
